Is banana a good fruit for weight loss?

I'm trying to incorporate more fruits into my diet for weight loss, and bananas are so easy to grab. But I've heard mixed things about them. Are bananas actually a good fruit to include when trying to lose weight?

Banana for weight loss? Lol. I eat one after my late-night work shifts and still feel like a sumo wrestler. Maybe if I sleep enough instead of eating bananas at 3 AM it'd work. 😂

For weight loss, I think a balanced diet is more important than focusing on just one fruit. My doctor always tells me to watch my overall calorie intake and exercise. Check with your doctor too, especially if you have other health concerns like BP.

Honestly, when I was trying to lose weight, my nutritionist said one small banana is fine before a workout for energy. But don't overdo it, it has good carbs but also calories. Portion control is key.

Hey! So, bananas are good for potassium and energy, but calorie-dense. My fitness app shows one medium banana has around 100-110 calories. If it fits your daily calorie target, it's fine. Best eaten pre-workout for fuel.

Haaye re, weight loss. I look at a banana and I feel like I've gained a kilo. Jokes aside, everything in moderation. My metabolism these days needs a full-time job just to break even, so for me, a banana is a treat!
