Is backache a sign of pregnancy?

Hi, I missed my period this month and I've been having a dull backache for a few days now. My mother-in-law said it could be a sign of pregnancy. Is this true?

Yes, backache can definitely be an early sign of pregnancy for many women. It's often described as a dull ache in the lower back, similar to pre-menstrual cramps. This is usually due to hormonal changes and your body preparing for pregnancy. However, it's not a definitive symptom, so a pregnancy test is the best way to confirm.

Oh god, I always overthink every little ache! Yes, I read somewhere that backache can be an early sign, but also, it can be from just sitting too long or sleeping weird. It's hard to tell, right? Don't stress like I do, just take a test if you suspect and see a doc if you're worried.

Backache? Hmm, maybe your body is just trying to tell you it needs some comfort food! Haha, but on a serious note, yes, it can be a sign. Hormones do crazy things. If you're noticing it along with some new cravings (hello, pickles and ice cream!), then maybe it's time for a pregnancy test!

Haan, backache can be a sign. My elder sister also had it when she was pregnant. It was a dull pain, like when you are tired. But don't worry too much. If you think you might be pregnant, then take the test. All will be good.

Backache? Always a sign of *something*, usually just getting older for me these days, hah! But yes, for younger folks, I hear it's a common early pregnancy symptom. Your body's doing a lot of work. So, if you're suspecting, get it checked, don't just rely on aches and pains.
