Is alkaline water good for kidneys and liver?

My neighbour was saying that drinking alkaline water is very good for your health, especially for kidneys and liver. My father has some liver issues, so I was wondering if this is actually true or just a fad?

Hmm, with alkaline water, it's not really a magic fix for kidneys or liver. Your body is super good at maintaining its pH balance on its own. If you have specific kidney or liver issues, best to follow your doctor's advice, not rely on special waters.

Achha, alkaline water kaafi log peete hain ho na? But honestly, I'm not sure it does much for kidneys and liver specifically. Simple filtered water is always best. Don't fall for all the marketing hype, haan na.

See, the most important thing is to keep your body pure and positive. Drink clean water, eat fresh food, and stay calm. Focus on overall well-being. If you feel healthy and happy, your organs will thank you. That's my belief.

Yaar, so many fads keep coming, no? Alkaline water and all. Actually, I asked my cousin, she's a doctor, and she said ki our body maintains its pH naturally. So, just drink enough regular water, that's more important than anything else.

My doctor actually explained this to me. He said there's no strong scientific evidence to prove that alkaline water has significant benefits for kidney or liver health. Our body already has efficient mechanisms to balance pH. It's better to focus on a balanced diet and regular check-ups for organ health.
