Is 6 hours of sleep ok?

My schedule is pretty packed with work and family, so I usually get around 6 hours of sleep. I don't feel completely exhausted, but I'm not super energetic either. Is 6 hours of sleep okay, or should I try harder to get more?

6 hours of sleep is okay if you plan to survive the day like a slightly grumpy robot powered by chai! But seriously, while you won't collapse, your body definitely prefers a sweet 7 to 8 hours. Try to snooze a bit extra tonight.

My fitness band consistently shows a drop in my sleep score and recovery rate whenever I sleep under 6.5 hours. While 6 hours might feel okay subjectively, your body isn't getting enough deep sleep cycles. Try tracking it for a week and see how your scores improve with 7.5 hours.

Don't stress too much if you can only manage 6 hours on some crazy workdays, it happens to all of us! Just try to keep yourself hydrated and make sure you sleep early over the weekend to catch up on rest. You'll be absolutely fine.

Bhaiyya, 6 ghante ki neend thodi kam toh hai, shareer ko kam se kam 7 ghante ka aaram chahiye hota hai. Thoda jaldi sone ki koshish kariye aur raat me halka khana khaiye, isse neend gehri aur acchi aayegi.

6 hours is actually very average for our lifestyle, yaar, but it is definitely not 'ok' for your skin and energy levels in the long run. I feel so sluggish the next day if I sleep that less. Try to keep your phone away by 10:30 PM, it really helps.

Honestly, 6 hours of sleep is my luxury on weekdays, and my espresso machine is my best friend. But let's be real, it's not ideal for the long term. If you don't want to feel like a zombie by 3 PM, try to get at least 7 hours.
