Is 6 and a half hours of sleep enough?

Between my office hours and gym, I usually end up with about six and a half hours of sleep. Lately, I've been feeling a bit sluggish in the afternoons. Is this amount of sleep enough, or am I shortchanging myself?

For many people, 6.5 hours is decent, but with hormonal issues like PCOS, I find my body needs a solid 8 hours to feel fully balanced. I am no expert, but if you feel energetic throughout the day, it might be working for you. Just monitor how your body responds.

6.5 hours is a reasonable amount of sleep for a busy lifestyle. Just try to ensure those hours are uninterrupted and peaceful so your mind gets proper rest.

I used to sleep only 6 hours daily, ignoring my constant mild headaches and brain fog until my blood pressure spiked. Please don't ignore what your body is trying to tell you. If you feel chronically tired on 6.5 hours, get a general health checkup done.

According to our traditional wisdom, a healthy person needs about 7 to 8 hours of rest to keep the body systems in balance. If you sleep 6.5 hours, try drinking a cup of warm milk with turmeric before bed; it helps make the sleep deeper and more restorative.

Whether 6.5 hours is enough depends entirely on your age, lifestyle, and health conditions. Don't rely on online opinions to tell you what's right. If you are constantly feeling fatigued, go see a doctor and get your vitamin D3 and B12 levels checked.

Honestly, 6.5 hours sounds like a luxury to me during exam season! I think it's totally fine as long as u don't feel like falling asleep during lectures. Just try to catch up on sleep during the weekends.
