Is 4 hours of sleep ok for one night?

Last night I had a late event and only got about 4 hours of sleep. I'm usually good with my sleep schedule. Is 4 hours of sleep ok for one night, or will it severely impact my health and productivity the next day? I have an important meeting today.

Yes, for just one night it is perfectly fine. Over my life, I've had many sleepless nights due to family events or work, and the body recovers quickly once you sleep well the next day.

I read that our bodies are quite resilient, so one night of 4 hours sleep won't do long-term damage. Just make sure to compensate for it by sleeping early tonight.

Yes, it is fine for one night, though at my age my back might complain a bit the next morning. Just don't make it a habit, your body isn't twenty anymore!

Yes, one night is fine, you won't turn into a pumpkin. Just keep a steady supply of chai nearby and promise your bed you will return early tonight!

It's fine for one night, but watch out for the heavy food cravings today! When I sleep less, I always end up wanting chole bhature or extra sweets to stay awake.
