Yeah, 1800 calories worked for my friend who's trying to lose weight. He combines it with gymming. But he's taller than me, so his needs are different. For me, 1800 might be maintenance. So, it's really individual, bro.

For vegetarians, hitting 1800 calories while ensuring enough protein can be a challenge but it's doable. Focus on dals, paneer, tofu, and lots of vegetables. Avoid fried foods and sugary drinks, they add empty calories quickly. It can be a good number for steady weight loss.

For weight loss, 1800 calories can definitely work, especially when combined with a consistent workout routine. Even something as simple as walking 10,000 steps daily will make a huge difference. Also, remember to get enough protein to preserve muscle mass.

With PCOS, weight loss is often harder, so 1800 calories might be a good starting point, but it's crucial to focus on balanced meals, low-GI foods, and managing insulin resistance. Don't just count calories, prioritize nutrient density. Always best to consult a specialist too.

Haan, 1800 calories is generally a good target for many people to lose weight. But na, you also need to see if you're feeling energetic enough. Agar bahut lethargic lag raha hai, toh maybe thoda adjustment karna padega. Apni body ki suno!

I totally get why you're asking this. It's so confusing with all the numbers out there! 1800 calories can be good, but it's really about your starting point and activity. Don't feel bad if it needs adjustment. The main thing is to find something you can stick to and feel good doing.

Ho na, 1800 calories can be a good target for weight loss. But main thing is, you have to choose healthy foods, not just any food. Ghar ka khana, lots of sabzi, that helps a lot. And thoda exercise toh karna hi padega, haan na.
