Is 10 hours of sleep good?

I've been trying to improve my sleep hygiene and find that I feel really refreshed after 10 hours of sleep. Someone told me too much sleep can be bad, but I feel great. Is 10 hours of sleep generally considered good?

For most adults, 7-9 hours is the sweet spot. 10 hours might be a bit on the higher side, but if you wake up feeling completely refreshed and energetic, it's likely good for your body. Listen to your body, it usually tells you what it needs.

Dekho bhai, if you are getting 10 hours of sleep and feeling good, then it's good for you. Some people need more, some less. Just make sure you are not feeling tired even after so much sleep, then it might be a problem. Otherwise, enjoy your rest!

I used to worry about everything, including my sleep. Honestly, if you're sleeping 10 hours and waking up feeling amazing and ready for the day, then it sounds like a good thing for you! Everyone's body is different, so don't stress if it works for you.

I can't tell you if it's medically 'good' or 'bad'. But I know for me, sometimes after a really hectic period, getting 9-10 hours of sleep feels like a complete reset. I wake up feeling much better and more productive. So if it works for your body, then that's what matters.

I've had phases where I'd sleep a lot and then feel guilty, like I was wasting time. But then I learned that proper rest is crucial for both mental and physical health. If 10 hours makes you feel better, stronger, and more focused, then it's a good thing. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Initially, I used to panic if I slept more than 8 hours, thinking something was wrong. But then I realized, especially after a really tiring week or if I was feeling unwell, my body just needed that extra rest. If you wake up refreshed, it's perfectly fine. Don't overthink it!

Recovery is a huge part of fitness, and sleep is key to that. If you're working out hard, or just generally active, 10 hours could be exactly what your body needs to repair and rejuvenate. Just make sure your diet is also good to support all that rest and recovery.
