How to wash hair with dandruff?

My scalp gets really itchy and flaky because of dandruff. I've tried different shampoos, but it still comes back. How should I wash my hair if I have dandruff to really control it?

In our times, we used to apply a little sour curd on the scalp for 15 minutes before washing to clear the dryness. But make sure you wash it off thoroughly with normal water, not too hot. If your skin is sensitive, please check with a doctor first before trying any home remedies.

I used to panic so much thinking my hair would fall out completely because of these white flakes on my shoulders. Honestly, it is very normal and happens to almost everyone at some point. Just wash your hair every alternate day with a basic shampoo, keep it clean, and you will see a big difference.

Haan na, dandruff is so irritating, especially when we wear dark clothes. Actually, what works is massaging the shampoo very gently on the scalp only, not on the hair ends. Ho na, we tend to rub the hair too hard which makes it dry, so just focus on cleaning the scalp softly.

My teenage daughter had severe dandruff due to sweat after her school sports practice. I taught her to dilute the anti-dandruff shampoo in a mug of water before applying, so it doesn't dry out her scalp. Also, make sure they dry their hair completely after washing, as damp scalp makes dandruff worse.

I totally get it, the constant itching and the flakes can make you feel so conscious in public. When you wash your hair, try to leave the shampoo on for two minutes so the active ingredients can actually clean the fungal buildup. Don't worry, with a consistent routine, your scalp will get much better.

Hey! Don't let dandruff ruin your good hair days. Just make sure you wash your hair thoroughly with cold water to seal the scalp pores. Apply a nice hair conditioner only on the tips, never on the scalp, to keep it light and oil-free.

My dandruff was so bad that my friends thought it was snowing in Madhya Pradesh! Just get a doctor-approved shampoo, scrub your scalp like you're cleaning a dirty car—but with your fingertips, not nails—and wash it off. It is just dead skin, nothing to lose sleep over.
