How to use pregnancy pillow?

I'm in my third trimester now, and sleeping has become a real struggle, I can't get comfortable at all. My friend suggested getting a pregnancy pillow, but I'm not sure how to use it properly. What's the best way to use a pregnancy pillow for maximum comfort?

I totally agree, a C-shaped pregnancy pillow is an absolute lifesaver for sleeping on your side. Just tuck the long end under your head and pass the lower curve between your knees to align your spine comfortably.

While pregnancy pillows are great for comfort, please be very careful about your sleeping posture if you have a history of high blood pressure or circulation issues. Always consult your gynecologist to confirm the safest side-sleeping angles for your specific health condition.

I bought a U-shaped pregnancy pillow for my wife last month because she was tossing and turning all night. She places her head on the top curve, hugs one side of the pillow, and tucks the other side behind her back. It took up half our bed, but she finally slept peacefully, so it is totally worth it.

I completely understand how terrifying it feels when you worry about accidentally rolling onto your back and hurting the baby. Using a large U-shaped pillow really helped ease my anxiety because the back support physically prevents you from rolling over in your sleep. It gave me such peace of mind.

Using a pregnancy pillow can help you maintain the recommended side-sleeping position safely. However, if you are experiencing severe lower back pain or pelvic girdle pain despite using support, please get it checked by your physiotherapist or gynecologist to ensure there are no joint alignment issues.

Sleeping during the third trimester is so difficult, ho na. I used a U-shaped pregnancy pillow and it completely supported my back and belly at the same time. You just lie right in the middle of the 'U' and rest your head on the top curve, it is very relaxing, haan na.

Listen, don't stress too much about finding the perfect sleeping angle! Just get a nice cozy C-shaped pillow, hug it tight, and put one part under your baby bump for support. It really helps you get some decent sleep before the baby arrives, trust me.
