How to use onion juice for hair fall?

My friend swore by onion juice for her hair fall, saying it worked wonders. I've been noticing a lot of strands falling out recently, so I want to try it. How exactly should I apply onion juice to my hair and scalp for the best results?

My grandmother always told us to mix small onion juice with pure coconut oil for healthy roots. It really helps soothe the scalp and reduces hair fall naturally. Still, if you have severe dandruff or scalp infections, it is always best to check with a doctor before applying anything.

When I asked my dermatologist about onion juice, she explained that its high sulfur content is what helps stimulate collagen production and hair growth. She advised me to apply it only on the scalp for 15 minutes, maximum twice a week, and warned that leaving it on longer can cause chemical burns or severe irritation on sensitive skin.

Hair fall can be so stressful to deal with every single day. Try applying fresh onion juice with a cotton ball on your scalp, it might take a few weeks to show results. Just be patient with it, and hopefully your hair strength will return soon.

Slicing onions for my gravy always makes me cry, but extracting the juice for my hair is a different level of struggle! I usually apply it and then treat myself to some tasty street food while waiting for it to dry. Just keep a good fragrant shampoo ready, otherwise you'll smell like onion rings for hours.

Between my late-night work shifts and terrible sleep schedule, my hair was falling out like crazy. I barely have energy to make coffee, but I somehow manage to squeeze onion juice once a week. It actually works, even if the smell wakes up my entire household!

Along with applying fresh onion juice to nourish the hair externally, we must also focus on internal balance. I found that combining onion scalp therapy with daily practice of Balayam and Kapalbhati helped restore my hair health beautifully. True nourishment always comes from both inside and outside.

Before you spend five thousand rupees on expensive hair clinics, just try this cheap home remedy. Grind one onion, strain the juice, and use it. If it doesn't show any improvement in a month, then plan a budget for basic blood tests like iron and thyroid first to see what's actually wrong.
