How to use onion for hair fall?

My hair fall has gotten really bad lately, especially after washing. Someone told me applying onion juice can help, but I'm not sure how to use it properly. Is it just the juice, or should I mix it with something else?

Honestly, I just blend one small onion, squeeze the juice out through a clean cloth, and apply it directly on my scalp. I leave it on for about twenty minutes before washing it off with a mild shampoo. It helped me reduce my daily shedding a bit, but everyone's scalp reacts differently.

Haan, onion juice really works for hair fall but smell bahut strong hoti hai yaar. You can mix a few drops of coconut oil or lavender oil with it so that smell control ho jaye, na? Apply it twice a week and see the difference.

No need to buy expensive onion oils from the market when you can make it easily at home. Just grate a normal red onion, extract the juice, and rub it on your scalp with cotton. It is a highly budget-friendly remedy that actually works if you do it regularly.

Instead of wasting thousands of rupees on dermatologists and expensive hair serums, onions are a great 10-rupee solution. If your hair fall is massive, then better get a basic blood test done first to check for deficiencies before buying costly products. But for mild fall, simple home-extracted onion juice is the most economical start.

Using onions for hair always makes me think of hot pakoras, but trust me, applying the juice directly is amazing. I usually squeeze out the juice from half an onion and mix it with a bit of honey to keep it from dripping. Just make sure you wash your hair really well or you'll smell like a salad all day!

My teenage daughter was losing so much hair due to exam stress, so we started applying fresh onion juice twice a week. We mix it with a little aloe vera gel so it doesn't irritate her young scalp. It has really helped control her hair fall, just be very gentle while massaging it in.

Regularly applying onion juice to the roots definitely strengthens the hair follicles naturally. However, if you are noticing actual bald patches or sudden, heavy clumps falling out, home remedies won't be enough. Please consult a dermatologist in that case to find the root cause.
