How to use olive oil for knee pain?

My knee pain has been getting worse, especially in the mornings. My neighbor told me to try massaging with olive oil. I'm wondering if there's a particular way to use olive oil for knee pain relief, maybe with some other ingredients, or just plain oil?

For knee pain, massaging with slightly warm olive oil daily can help improve blood circulation and reduce stiffness. However, if your knee pain is due to sudden weight gain from thyroid issues, please get your TSH levels checked. It is always best to follow up with your doctor regularly.

Just warm up a small cup of olive oil and massage it gently onto your knees in circular motions before sleeping! 🌟 It works wonders for relieving tiredness. Try wrapping a warm towel around it afterwards for extra comfort! Hydrate well too! Hydration is key. ✨

My knees started creaking like rusty doors because of late-night desk work and zero exercise. I massaged them with warm olive oil hoping for a miracle, and while it didn't cure my laziness, it did make my skin very soft and relaxed the muscles. Just don't slip on the floor afterwards like I did!

There's no need for expensive pain sprays when olive oil is readily available in the kitchen. Just take a tablespoon of it, warm it slightly over a pan, and rub it on the joint for 10 minutes. It's a very simple, cost-effective way to get some daily relief from mild joint stiffness.

I was worried if rubbing oil might aggravate my joint inflammation, but my physical therapist assured me that gentle massage is safe. Just make sure you don't apply too much pressure on the kneecap itself. If the pain is severe or swollen, please get it checked by a doctor before doing any massage.
