How to use green coffee for weight loss?

My dietician recommended adding green coffee to my routine to help with weight management. I've bought some, but I'm not sure if there's a specific time or way to consume it for the best results. Any advice on its usage?

In my practice, I suggest using green coffee gently as a morning beverage to help wake up the digestive system. However, true health is achieved through yogic breathing and a clean, plant-based diet. Do not force your body with too many stimulants; listen to what it needs.

Garam paani mein thoda green coffee powder milakar pina pachan ke liye acha hai. Par agar aapko vajan badhne ke sath sath bahut thakavat, saans lene mein takleef ya ghabrahat hoti hai, toh nuskhe chhodkar turant doctor se janch karayein. Yeh kisi bimari ka ishara ho sakta hai.

Beta, green coffee aaj kal ke bache bahut peete hain sehat ke liye. Aap iska ek cup subah bina cheeni ke le sakte hain. Par dhyan rakhna ki zyada peene se pet mein acidity ho sakti hai, isliye ise thodi maatra mein hi niyamit roop se piyein.

As someone managing high blood pressure, I have to be very careful with drinks like green coffee because of the caffeine content. It can cause sudden spikes in heart rate and BP. Please monitor your blood pressure regularly and consult your doctor before using such drinks for weight loss.

Green coffee can be a decent pre-workout drink because it contains mild caffeine which gives you a small energy boost. But remember, the real fat loss comes from your 45-minute daily walk and exercise routine. Make sure your doctor clears you for active workouts first.
