How to use cumin seeds for weight loss?

I've been trying to lose some weight after my second child, and someone suggested using cumin seeds. Is there a particular way to prepare them or a specific time to consume them for better results?

I've tried jeera water myself. What works best is soaking a tablespoon of cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. Then, in the morning, boil the water with the seeds for a few minutes, let it cool a bit, strain, and drink. Do this consistently for a month. It definitely helps with bloating and digestion, which contributes to weight management. Remember, it's not magic, but a good support.

Jeera water is super popular for this! 😊 Just soak a teaspoon of cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, boil it for a few minutes, let it cool, strain and drink it on an empty stomach. Some people just drink the soaked water too! It's supposed to help with digestion and metabolism! ✨

Haan beta, jeera toh bahut purana nuskha hai. Pet ke liye toh amrit hai. Subah khaali pet jeera paani peene se digestion theek rehta hai. Jab digestion theek ho toh sharir bhi theek se kaam karta hai. Lekin sirf jeera se wajan kam hoga, ye nahi keh sakte. Pura khana peena bhi theek rakhna padega aur thodi saari kasrat bhi. Doctor se bhi pooch lena ek baar.

Beta, jeera toh pet ke liye bahut accha hota hai. Hamare ghar mein sab subah jeera paani peete hain. Ek chamach jeera raat ko paani mein bhigo do, subah chhan ke pee lo. Pet saaf rehta hai, aur sharir bhi halka lagta hai. Wajan kam karne mein bhi madad karega. Zaroor try karna!

Hey, I'm also looking into this! From what I've read, the most common way is making 'jeera water'. You soak the seeds, then either drink the water directly or boil it first. It's supposed to improve digestion and metabolism. I'm trying to figure out if it's worth adding to my routine, so following this thread!
