How to use amla for hair fall?

My hair fall has increased a lot lately, and I'm looking for natural remedies. I have some amla powder at home. How can I use amla effectively to reduce hair fall and strengthen my hair?

Amla! Not just for murabba, you know! My grandma used to tell us to eat it for good hair. But for direct application, you can mix amla powder with a bit of coconut oil and warm it up slightly. Massage that into your scalp, leave it for an hour, then wash. It smells earthy but feels so good! My hair feels stronger.

Amla for hair fall, haan? My wife keeps telling me to use it. She makes this paste with amla powder and puts it on her hair. Says it strengthens the roots. For me, I just accept whatever hair is left, but for those who want to fight, amla oil massage is also popular. At least it smells nice, unlike some other hair things!

Amla is a powerhouse of Vitamin C, which is excellent for hair health. You can use it in two main ways: either consume it regularly, like drinking amla juice or eating the fruit, or apply it externally. For external use, mixing amla powder with water or curd to make a paste and applying it as a hair mask is very effective for strengthening roots and reducing hair fall.

While diet and overall fitness play a huge role in hair health, amla definitely has its benefits. Many people apply amla oil or a paste made from amla powder and water directly to the scalp. It's supposed to nourish the scalp and reduce breakage. Good nutrition, hydration, and an active lifestyle will always complement such remedies for better results.

Amla is super awesome for hair fall! ✨ You can make a pack with amla powder, curd, and a little lemon juice, apply it to your scalp for 30-40 mins, then wash. Or even better, just massage amla oil regularly! My hair feels so much better and stronger. Give it a try! 😊
