How to treatment scalp psoriasis?

I've been diagnosed with scalp psoriasis a few months ago, and the itching and flaking are quite bothersome. My dermatologist gave me some creams, but I'm looking for additional ways to manage it, maybe some natural methods?

Scalp psoriasis can be challenging. While medication is important, sometimes diet plays a role too. I've heard some people find relief by reducing processed foods and increasing anti-inflammatory ones. But always discuss any dietary changes with your dermatologist first, it's quite specific to each person.

Psoriasis is a serious condition, don't take it lightly. It's not something you can just treat at home. Please, for your own safety, get it checked by a skin specialist immediately. They can diagnose properly and prescribe the right treatment to manage it.

For something like scalp psoriasis, you really need to see a dermatologist from a good hospital. Don't just rely on home remedies. Ask your doctor clearly about all treatment options available, like topical creams, medicated shampoos, or even light therapy. Follow their instructions diligently.
