How to treatment fever at home?

My little son caught a fever yesterday, and I prefer to try some home remedies before rushing to the doctor for every minor ailment. What are some effective ways to bring down a fever safely at home for a child?

For fever, resting is key. Once my doc said it was a viral, I just took paracetamol and drank lots of fluids. No heavy exercise till I was fully recovered, but light walking indoors was fine after a couple of days when the fever subsided a bit.

Beta, pehle toh doctor ko dikhao. But generally, ghar pe neem ke patte ka kadha ya tulsi adrak chai bahut help karta hai. Aur haan, warm water se sponging karna bhi acha rehta hai. Bhookh na lage toh khichdi kha lena, halka rehta hai.

Oh, fever is just the worst, I totally get it. When I had it last, I just focused on resting, hydrating like crazy, and taking prescribed meds. Don't try to push yourself too much, listen to your body.

Fever sometimes means our body is fighting something. While resting, try some gentle breathing exercises like Anulom Vilom once your fever reduces a bit. It helps calm the mind. Of course, always with a doctor's green light and proper medication.

Aiyyo, fever? Ho na, it's so draining. Just make sure to take regular rest, drink plenty of water and ORS if you can. And pls, consult a doctor once to know the cause. Don't self-medicate too much.

Honestly, for fever, just go to a doctor. Don't trust all these random internet remedies, they might make things worse. Get a proper diagnosis and prescribed medicine. That's the safest way to treat it.

Fevers drain you out, man. Best to get checked by a doctor first. While recovering, focus on light, nutritious food and lots of liquids. Once you're better, you can get back to your routine slowly, but no heavy workouts until you feel 100%.
