Please don't blindly trust natural remedy videos on the internet. Applying random herbs or lemon juice can severely burn your skin and worsen the eczema. Always consult a certified dermatologist before putting anything on a raw flare-up.

Instead of buying expensive organic products, just switch to plain, unscented petroleum jelly. It costs very little and forms a great barrier on dry skin. Also, wear loose cotton clothes so that sweat doesn't irritate your skin.

I've tried everything from neem to turmeric pastes, but honestly, most of them just irritated my skin more. The only natural remedy that actually helped soothe the itching was a cool oatmeal bath. Just grind plain oats, mix in lukewarm bath water, and soak for 10 minutes.

As someone managing diabetes, my skin is already very prone to infections and slow healing. I stick strictly to virgin coconut oil for dryness and avoid heavy food changes without consulting my doctor. If you have high sugar, even a small scratch from eczema can become a big issue.

Virgin coconut oil worked wonders for my dry eczema patches. Just make sure it is pure and chemical-free.

In our younger days, we used to apply pure aloe vera gel taken fresh from the plant to cool down skin heat. It is a very safe option, but please ensure you wash the yellow latex off the leaf properly first. If the itching does not reduce in a few days, please see a doctor.

Hey, don't worry too much, skin flares can be managed. For now, stop using any scented soaps or face washes and stick to lukewarm water. If it feels too dry, just pat a tiny bit of coconut oil on it and see a doctor if it doesn't settle.
