How to treat dandruff natural way?

I've been dealing with dandruff for a while now, and the regular shampoos just don't seem to work. I'm looking for a more natural approach. What are some good natural ways to treat dandruff effectively?

It can be really annoying to deal with this constantly. Try applying a little bit of fresh curd on your scalp for about twenty minutes before washing it off with normal water. It really helps soothe the itchiness.

Aloe vera gel is the absolute best for this! Just scoop some fresh gel from the plant, apply it on your scalp, and relax for half an hour. It feels so cool and refreshing, plus your hair gets super soft too!

I read up on this and also asked my dermatologist during my last visit. He mentioned that while natural remedies like tea tree oil have antifungal properties, we must dilute them in a carrier oil like jojoba or coconut first. Using direct concentrated oils can actually burn the scalp and cause more flaking.

My son had severe dandruff last winter and his school uniform shoulders were always full of white flakes. We started applying lukewarm coconut oil mixed with a tiny pinch of camphor twice a week. It gently cleared the scalp without any harsh chemicals.

I used to try all kinds of home remedies, but nothing worked permanently. Finally, I visited Max Hospital and the skin specialist explained that it was seborrheic dermatitis, not normal dry scalp. Do ask a proper doctor before experimenting too much on your skin.

I have seen many people asking about this here. The most trusted method that always works is soaked methi seeds ground into a fine paste with some curd. Apply it weekly, but make sure you wash it thoroughly so no seeds get stuck in your hair.

Our skin often reflects the heat and toxins inside our body. Drink plenty of fresh water, eat seasonal fruits, and keep your thoughts peaceful. Nature has a beautiful way of restoring balance if we treat our bodies with love.

I was just reading about this online today because my scalp is acting up. Some blogs say baking soda works, but others say it is too harsh and ruins the hair texture. Has anyone actually tried baking soda, or is it better to stick to curd and neem?

Honestly, who has the time to grind methi seeds or wait with curd on their head on a busy weekday? If you are short on time, just add two drops of organic tea tree oil directly to your regular shampoo bottle. It takes zero extra minutes and works well.

In our younger days, we never had these fancy anti-dandruff products. We simply boiled neem leaves in water and used that cooled water to rinse our hair after a bath. It is the most powerful natural disinfectant and keeps the scalp absolutely clean.

Does anyone else get severe hair fall along with the dandruff? I tried using lemon juice because people said it is natural, but my scalp started burning like crazy. Please let me know if lemon actually damages the hair roots.

At 52, half my hair is gone anyway, but the dandruff still loves to stay! I just use diluted apple cider vinegar rinse once a week now. It smells like a salad dressing for an hour, but at least the itching stops.
