How to treat baby fever after vaccination 2 months?

My 2-month-old just had her vaccinations and now has a mild fever. The doctor said it's normal but I'm still concerned. What are the recommended ways to treat a baby's fever after vaccination for a two-month-old?

For post-vaccination fever, simple things work best. A cool sponge bath really helps bring the temperature down. Just make sure the water isn't too cold, lukewaarm is good. And keep the baby lightly dressed, don't bundle them up. Always check with your pediatrician for paracetamol dosage though, that's important.

While my situation is different, I always prioritize what the doctor says. For a baby's fever after vaccination, the pediatrician's advice for medicine is key. Don't try any home remedies without checking with them, especially for such a young child. Hydration is also very important, make sure the baby is feeding well.

Honestly, the best thing is to follow what your pediatrician advised for pain and fever relief post-vaccine. They usually give specific instructions. You can also put a cool, damp cloth on their forehead or arm where the shot was, that can give some comfort. Just keep an eye on them and give lots of cuddles!

Oh, mere saath bhi same hua tha jab beta 2 mahine ka tha! It's completely normal, don't worry too much. The doc usually tells you the paracetamol syrup dosage beforehand. Give that, and try to keep baby comfortable. Sometimes just cuddling and skin-to-skin helps them feel better and sleep.

Hey, my nephew also got fever after his 2-month vaccine. My bhabhi gave him the medicine doc prescribed, but she also kept him close and fed him often. Said it helped him stay hydrated and calm. Just keep an eye on his temperature and don't panic too much, it's normal.
