How to tighten loose skin after pregnancy?

It's been a few months since my delivery, and while I'm enjoying being a new mom, I'm concerned about the loose skin on my stomach. How can I tighten it after pregnancy?

It is completely normal to have loose skin after giving birth. Please give your body some time to heal naturally.

Honestly, between the midnight feedings and zero sleep, I barely have time to look in the mirror, let alone worry about loose skin! Just focus on resting right now, the skin stuff can wait.

Yaar, don't stress so much, your body just created a whole human! Actually, it takes at least a year for the uterus and skin to shrink back, so just use a good moisturizer and relax.

I had twin boys and my belly skin was very loose. From my experience, a combination of a high-protein diet, regular core-strengthening exercises, and basic oil massages over 12 to 18 months makes a real difference.

Once your gynaecologist gives you the clear signal, start with gentle walks and postpartum pelvic floor exercises. Building back your core strength slowly is the healthiest way to help your stomach skin recover.
