How to tell pregnancy?

My boyfriend and I were intimate a few weeks ago, and I'm feeling a bit off, like I'm more tired than usual. My period is also delayed. What are the very early signs I can look for to tell if I might be pregnant?

My sister just found out! She missed her period, felt super tired, and had morning sickness. She did a home pregnancy test first, then went to the doctor for confirmation. That's the main way, I guess.

Ugh, tell me about it, the first sign is usually a missed period, right? Then the nausea kicks in, and suddenly you want to sleep for days. Just take a home test, it's the easiest first step. And then prepare for zero sleep for the next few years!

Is it always a missed period first? I've heard some people get spotting. I get so anxious about these things. And does morning sickness start right away, or after some weeks? I'm just curious if others felt the same subtle early signs.

When my friend was pregnant, she noticed she was super tired all the time, craving weird foods, and had very tender breasts, apart from the missed period. She did a home kit and it was positive. Then she went to her Gynae for confirmation.

Forget all those random internet 'signs' people talk about. The only reliable first step is a home pregnancy test after a missed period. Then, and this is crucial, get it verified by a doctor with a blood test or ultrasound. Don't rely on myths, get proper medical confirmation.

I've heard the first and most common sign is a missed period! Then things like morning sickness, breast tenderness, and fatigue start. A home pregnancy test is the quickest way to check, and then a doctor's visit for confirmation, right?
