How to take turmeric powder for weight loss?

I'm interested in using turmeric powder for weight loss, as I've heard some good things. What's the best way to incorporate it into my diet? Do I just add it to food or make a special drink?

I always worry that taking too much turmeric powder might cause body heat or affect my liver, so I only take a tiny pinch. If you want to try it, maybe start with just a quarter teaspoon in warm water. I hope it suits you well and doesn't cause any acidity!

My physician at Fortis told me that while turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties, there is no medical proof that consuming turmeric powder alone causes significant weight loss. Please consult a proper clinical nutritionist or your doctor before starting any daily routine.

I have tried everything from methi water to haldi milk over the years. What worked best for my digestion was half a teaspoon of haldi in warm water with a little lemon juice before breakfast. But remember, it only supports your system, it won't do all the work alone.

If you are tracking your daily macros, turmeric won't add any calories, but it's great for reducing exercise-induced inflammation. I usually mix half a teaspoon of organic haldi powder into my post-workout green tea. Just make sure you are in a calorie deficit overall to see weight loss.

Please be careful if you have gallbladder issues. I took large amounts of turmeric powder daily thinking it would help me lose weight, but it ended up aggravating my silent gallstones and I had severe pain. Always talk to a doctor before consuming concentrated home remedies.

As someone managing high blood pressure, I had to learn that home remedies have limits. Haldi is very good for immunity, but weight loss requires monitoring your salt, daily walks, and regular checkups. Don't rely solely on turmeric powder; please keep an eye on your BP too.

Beta, in our village we always drink warm water with a little haldi and honey in the morning. It keeps the stomach clean and gives a nice glow to the face too. Try it for a few weeks, it is very good for your health.
