How to stop weight gain?

Lately, I've noticed I'm gaining weight quite rapidly, even though my diet hasn't changed drastically. I'm feeling very demotivated. What can I do to effectively stop this weight gain and get back on track?

Sudden or uncontrollable weight gain can sometimes be due to underlying issues like thyroid imbalances or hormonal changes. I highly recommend visiting a good hospital and getting a complete health checkup. Talk to a doctor clearly before starting any extreme diet or weight loss program.

Hey there! 🌟 Stopping weight gain is all about small, happy changes like adding a 20-minute daily walk and drinking lots of water. Don't stress too much about strict diets, just focus on eating fresh ghar ka khana! You've got this! 💪

Let's be direct: weight gain happens when you eat more calories than you burn. Track your daily food intake, cut down on late-night Swiggy orders, and start some form of strength training. It's pure science, so focus on consistency rather than looking for quick shortcuts.

I totally understand how scary it is when you notice the scale creeping up, it makes me super anxious too. Just make sure you are sleeping well, because high stress and lack of sleep can trigger hormones that cause weight gain. Take it easy and don't overthink every single meal, we are in this together.

I used to panic every time the scale went up by even half a kilo, thinking I was getting obese. But then I realized minor weight fluctuations are completely normal and often just water retention. Once I stopped stressing and focused on consistent, simple meals, my weight stabilized naturally.
