Garam ya thanda khate hi daant mein jhanjhanahat hone lagti hai, ho na? It is so irritating. You can try using a desensitizing toothpaste, just apply it on the tooth with a finger for two minutes before brushing, it helps. Par permanent relief ke liye dentist ko dikhana hi padega.

For immediate relief, avoid chewing on that side and stay away from extreme temperatures. You can use a desensitizing gel containing potassium nitrate on the affected tooth. However, this only blocks the pain signals temporarily, so a dentist must check if there is a decay or gum recession.

Yes, I agree. Using a specialized sensitive toothpaste continuously for a week made a huge difference for my sensitivity.

I totally get it, that sharp, shooting pain when you take even a sip of normal water is incredibly frustrating and painful. It makes eating feel like a chore. Please use a gentle sensitive toothpaste for now and try to see a dentist soon to get some proper relief.

Keep your mind calm and try not to worry too much about this sudden discomfort. Avoid very cold water or very hot tea for a few days to let the tooth nerve settle down. Take care of your dental hygiene gently, and seek professional care when you can.

Be very careful about consuming highly acidic fruits like lemons or oranges when your teeth are sensitive, as the acid can further strip your tooth enamel. Try to rinse your mouth with plain water immediately after eating. Consult a dentist to see if you need fluoride application to rebuild enamel strength.

Beta, in our times we used to chew a clove slowly near the sensitive tooth to numb the area naturally. It is a good temporary solution for the night. But you must get the tooth inspected by a doctor soon to ensure there is no deep root infection.

I logged my dental symptoms on my health app, and it suggested that using a soft-bristled brush instead of a hard one prevents enamel erosion, which is the main cause of sensitivity. Try switching your toothbrush today and log if the pain reduces. Definitely book a dental checkup to seal any exposed nerves.

Hormonal shifts, like those in thyroid issues, can sometimes make gums more sensitive and prone to recession, leading to tooth pain. I make sure to keep my thyroid levels in check and always follow up with my dentist regularly. Please get a professional dental exam done to find the exact reason.

Daant ke dard ke liye thoda gungune paani mein namak daal kar kulla kijiye, usse thoda turant aaram milta hai. Par agar jhanjhanahat roz ho rahi hai, toh sheher ke bade dentist babu ko dikhana sabse achha rahega. Apna dhyan rakhiyega.
