I ignored my hair shedding last monsoon, thinking it was just seasonal change, but it turned out to be a severe vitamin D and B12 deficiency that took months to correct. Please don't wait until you lose significant density. Go to a doctor and get your basic blood panel checked to find the real culprit.

Beta, seasonal shedding is very natural and happens to almost everyone when the weather changes from summer to monsoon. Don't stress too much as stress will only cause more hair to fall. Just eat healthy seasonal fruits, drink enough water, and use a mild, chemical-free shampoo.

Avoid tying your hair tightly when it is damp, as wet hair roots are highly vulnerable to breakage. Also, limit your use of heat styling tools and harsh chemical treatments during the seasonal change. If you want to try biotin supplements, please discuss with your doctor first for the right advice.

As someone managing diabetes, I know that poor glycemic control can sometimes impact blood circulation and lead to hair thinning. I make sure my sugar levels are stable and focus on safe, low-glycemic, protein-rich foods. If you have chronic conditions, please consult your doctor to ensure your hair fall is just seasonal.

I used to ignore my diet and eat junk, which made my hair fall so much worse during winters. Once I started adding protein-rich foods like paneer, eggs, and nuts to my daily meals, my hair strength improved a lot. Good food really reflects on your skin and hair health, guys.

I was reading about this recently and apparently, high humidity during the monsoon can make the scalp prone to fungal infections, which weakens hair roots. Have you noticed any dandruff or itching along with your hair fall? It might be worth checking if your scalp is staying too damp.

Doing the Balayam yoga pose (rubbing nails) and daily deep breathing has significantly improved blood flow to my scalp over the years. This helps nourish the hair follicles naturally during seasonal shifts. Maintain a calm state of mind and let your body adapt to the weather change gently.

I am not a doctor, but for me, using a very mild baby shampoo and completely avoiding combing my hair while wet has reduced my daily hair breakage significantly during the rainy season. Everyone's hair texture is different, so what worked for me might not work for you, but it is a simple change to try.

Arre, monsoon aate hi hair fall sabka hi badh jata hai, tension mat lo na. Thoda halka parivaar ka bataya hua nuskha jaise dahi aur methi daana mask try karo scalp ke liye. Aur haan, hair dhoop mein sukhana, wet hair mein comb bilkul mat karna.

My doctor explained that seasonal shedding, or seasonal telogen effluvium, is a temporary phase where hair shifts into the shedding stage due to climatic changes. He recommended focusing on amino acids and iron intake, rather than panic-buying expensive anti-hairfall shampoos which only clean the shaft without affecting the root.

Keeping active and improving blood circulation through daily walks or light workouts has honestly made my scalp health much better. It also helps manage stress, which is a major trigger for sudden hair shedding. Just make sure you wash your scalp properly after sweating and consult your doctor.

I have tried every home remedy under the sun, from onion juice to curry leaves oil, and realized that a clean scalp is what actually prevents hair fall. Mild hair packs can soothe the scalp, but they cannot stop a major hormonal or nutritional issue. Do focus on eating raw seeds, leafy greens, and get a medical opinion if it continues.

Honestly, the hostel water and change of season completely ruined my hair last year. I just started using filtered water to wash my hair and eating a handful of almonds daily, which helped reduce the shedding. Don't stress too much, it is quite a common thing.

While seasonal hair fall is common, excessive shedding could be an early sign of alopecia or hormonal imbalances. For safety, it is always best to consult a qualified dermatologist who can examine your hair follicles with a trichoscan. Don't rely on random hair oils to fix an internal issue.

I know how terrifying it feels to see a bunch of hair in the shower drain, it honestly used to give me panic attacks every time I washed my hair. It is completely normal to feel upset about hair loss. Just take a deep breath, and remember that professional dermatologists have great treatments to help you.
