Bacche ke janam ke baad baal jhadna bahut aam baat hai, bilkul mat ghabrao. Humare yahan toh nariyal tel mein thoda methi dana paka kar lagate hain. Bas khane-peene par acche se dhyan do, sab theek ho jayega.

Listen, stop stress-buying every new postpartum oil advertised online. This hair fall is purely hormonal because your high pregnancy hormones are suddenly dropping. It will naturally stop in 6 months, just focus on eating your green veggies and lentils.

Instead of buying expensive hair serums, spend that money on a basic CBC and iron test. Low hemoglobin is very common after delivery and makes hair fall much worse. Treating the root cause through cheap iron tablets is the most practical way.

Postpartum thyroiditis is very common and often causes severe hair thinning. If your hair fall continues even after 6-8 months, please consult your doctor for a TSH thyroid test just to be safe. Don't ignore it.

I completely understand how heartbreaking it is to clean your hairbrush every single day during this beautiful phase. It used to make me so anxious and teary-eyed. Please remember this is just a temporary phase and your hair will definitely grow back.

If your doctor has cleared you for light exercise, try taking a brisk 30-minute walk every morning. It helps lower your postpartum stress hormones and improves blood flow to your scalp, which supports healthy hair regrowth.
