How to stop pcos hair growth?

PCOS is causing a lot of unwanted hair growth on my face and body, and it's making me feel very self-conscious. I've tried waxing and threading, but it comes back so quickly. What can I do to stop PCOS hair growth for good?

Along with medical treatment, try adding Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom to your daily routine. It really helps balance the hormones naturally from within. Just be patient and practice daily for at least 15 minutes, the body takes time to heal.

My daughter was also facing this exact same issue and it used to stress her out so much. We started working on her diet and went to a good endocrinologist who fixed her hormone levels. Don't worry beta, just get the right medical guidance and it will get controlled.

Honestly, laser hair reduction is the best practical solution for the facial hair part while you fix your hormones. Just check with a good dermatologist first because if your internal hormones are totally off, the hair will keep coming back. Get a blood test done first.

I tried everything from raw turmeric packs to spearmint tea every single day. Spearmint tea actually helped me reduce the thick growth to some extent, but you have to be consistent. Don't waste money on very harsh scrubs, they just ruin your skin.

I totally get it, dealing with facial hair can be so exhausting and frustrating. It really takes a toll on your confidence, but please remember you are not alone in this. Focus on managing your internal health first and the external symptoms will eventually settle.
