How to stop male pattern hair loss?

I've started noticing my hairline receding, especially at the temples, and it looks like male pattern baldness is setting in. My father also went bald early. What can I do to slow down or even stop this hair loss?

I totally get it, seeing your hairline recede can really hit your self-confidence hard. It is a very stressful thing to go through, but please know there are medically proven options available if you start treatment early.

Yaar, male pattern baldness is actually genetic, so simple onion juices or hair oils won't stop it. You actually need to consult a good dermatologist who can guide you on DHT blockers or minoxidil.

I agree with the others. Minoxidil and finasteride are the only FDA-approved treatments that actually work, so check with a doctor.

My dermatologist explained that male pattern baldness is caused by DHT sensitivity shrinking the hair follicles. They prescribed me a customized plan of topical solution and dietary supplements, emphasizing that starting early is key to saving existing hair.

Listen, hair loss is a natural process for many of us, so don't beat yourself up over it. If you want to try treating it, do it under a doctor's eye, but also remember that your worth isn't tied to your hair.

High stress and poor lifestyle can accelerate hair fall, just like they mess with blood pressure. Make sure you get a full blood panel done to check for vitamin deficiencies before starting any intensive hair treatments.

Beta, applying bhringraj oil and washing hair with amla-reetha-shikakai can strengthen the hair roots and keep the scalp clean. But if the balding is in your family genes, then medical science is the only true way to address it.

A clean, protein-rich diet and regular exercise definitely support overall scalp health by improving blood circulation. However, for genetic hair loss, fitness alone won't cure it, so definitely combine your healthy lifestyle with a dermatologist's plan.
