How to stop hair loss on tirzepatide?

I'm taking Tirzepatide for my health, and while it's helping with my blood sugar, I'm really noticing increased hair loss. It's quite distressing. How can I stop this hair fall?

Are you tracking your nutrition intake? Sometimes rapid weight loss or changes in diet with tirzepatide can lead to nutrient deficiencies, especially protein and iron. Try using a food tracker app for a week or two to see if you're hitting your macros. And consult your doctor, of course.

With tirzepatide, a lot of hormonal changes happen, and thyroid can also be affected. Make sure your doctor checks your thyroid levels regularly, along with other vitamins. Sometimes, thyroid imbalances also cause hair loss. It's good to keep track.

Oh no, losing weight and hair both? That's not the deal we signed up for! Haha. But seriously, it's a common side effect. Your body is just like, 'whoa, too much change, lemme shed some things.' Talk to your doc, they might have a magic pill (or just biotin).

When the body undergoes such significant changes, it's important to be patient and kind to yourself. Focus on wholesome nutrition and try to maintain a calm mind. Discuss all your concerns with your doctor and trust in the process. Positive thoughts also play a role in healing.

Ugh, hair loss is so scary, right? I'd be obsessing over every strand. Please tell your doctor immediately. They need to know if it's the medication, or maybe some vitamin deficiency that got triggered. Don't wait and wonder like me, just get it checked out properly.

Any new medication that causes such a visible side effect needs to be reported to your doctor. I once ignored something thinking it was minor, and it turned into a bigger issue. Don't take chances, especially with prescription drugs. Your doctor is the best person to guide you.
