Hair loss in teens can be stressful, I understand. From my own experience with BP, sometimes underlying issues like stress or nutritional deficiencies can really show up in the body. Best to get a doctor to check general health parameters, maybe some blood tests to rule out anything serious. Lifestyle changes like proper sleep and less screen time also help a lot.

Beta, hair fall is common these days, even in young ones. My nani used to say stress is a big reason. Try applying coconut oil with a bit of amla and fenugreek seeds boiled in it, once or twice a week. Aur haan, diet achi rakho, ghar ka khana khao. But if it's too much, then a doctor visit is always good.

Honestly, I had thinning hair in my late teens too. It was quite upsetting. What worked for me was just being consistent with a good hair care routine and eating more protein. No specific remedies, just small changes. Also, reducing stress helped a lot. Every person is different, so what worked for me might not work for someone else.

Hey man, hair fall can be tough. I found that when I started exercising regularly, my overall health improved, and my hair felt stronger too. Maybe daily walks or some light activity could help? Of course, check with a doc first to see if there's any specific deficiency contributing to it. Exercise helps with stress too, which is often a factor.

Hair loss can sometimes be a sign of something internal, like thyroid issues. I was diagnosed with thyroid myself because of hair thinning. For a teenage boy, it's really important to get a general check-up. A simple blood test can show if hormones are imbalanced. Definitely consult a doctor rather than trying random remedies.

Uff, hair fall! Maybe it's all that junk food we crave? Haha, just kidding, mostly. But seriously, good nutrition is key. Eating a balanced diet with enough protein, vitamins, and minerals can make a big difference. Maybe some yummy homemade dishes with lots of veggies and dal? Always check if there's a deficiency with a doctor though!
