Oh, this is something my mum has also been worried about lately. She tries a lot of things but nothing seems to really work. I've heard about using amla and bhringraj oil, has anyone found that helpful for older women specifically?

Honestly, before trying any expensive natural remedies, it's better to get some basic blood tests done. Sometimes hair fall is due to vitamin deficiencies or thyroid issues, which are easy to fix. No point spending on oils if the root cause is internal, paise bachao!

Is it normal for hair to become really thin and brittle as you get older? My hair used to be so thick, and now it feels like I'm losing so much every day. Does everyone experience this or should I be worried about something else?

Hair health is often linked to overall health, especially for elderly people. Make sure she's getting enough protein and iron in her diet. Gentle yoga or walking can also improve circulation which might help the scalp. No need for heavy workouts, just consistent activity.

Arre, at this age, gravity is not just pulling us down, it's taking our hair with it too! Haha. Jokes aside, my wife swears by keeping her hair short and using a mild, natural shampoo. Less pulling, less breaking. Maybe try that?

Mere saath bhi same problem thi. I started seeing a lot of hair fall after 60. What really helped me was a combination of regular head massages with warm coconut oil and a good diet with lots of protein. Also, reducing stress helped a lot, believe it or not.
