How to stop hair loss from stress?

My work has been really stressful these past few months, and I've noticed a lot more hair falling out in the shower and on my pillow. Is there some way to control this hair fall that's linked to stress?

Honestly, if I knew, I wouldn't be losing half my hair after pulling all-nighters for work. Meri to neend hi gayab hai, aur uske saath baal bhi. Bas weekend pe thoda yoga try karta hoon, baaki to stress is my middle name now!

Oh god, I went through this exact phase! Panicked so much seeing hair everywhere. But then my doc said it's Telogen Effluvium, common with stress. Just try to chill, eat well, and it generally gets better once your stress levels drop. Don't worry too much.

It's totally understandable to feel worried about hair loss, especially when you know stress is a factor. I've been there with health anxiety. Just remember, your body is reacting to stress, so the first step is always to address that stress, however you can. Acknowledge what you're feeling first.

Ha ha! Stress aur baal, ye toh apna 20 saal puraana rishta hai. If you find a magic mantra, let me know. For now, I just try to take deep breaths and tell myself 'it is what it is'. Aur ek good hair oil, bas!

Oh, this is such a valid concern! I always overthink when something like this happens. Stress can really mess with your body. Have you tried doing some light exercise or meditation? Even 15 mins daily can sometimes make a small positive difference in managing that stress, maybe try it?

Please don't ignore this. I ignored my hairfall for too long thinking it's just stress, but then found out I had a vitamin deficiency too. It made things worse. Go get a basic blood test done, check your iron, Vitamin D, B12. It's better to know for sure.

Sabse pehle toh stress kam karne ki koshish karo, wahi main reason hai. Ghar pe dahi aur neem ka pack laga sakte ho ek baar hafte mein. Aur make sure you're eating enough protein, like dal, eggs, paneer. Simple diet changes make a difference.

Haan na, stress se bahut hairfall hota hai. Mere saath bhi hua tha. Try to meditate for 10-15 mins daily, even if you feel it's silly. Aur thoda walk pe jaao morning mein. It really helps calm the mind, ho na?

My daughter had this during her board exams. We made sure she ate lots of protein, iron-rich foods, and drank enough water. Also, tried to ensure she got at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Small things help a lot, but if it's severe, a doctor visit is best.

For stress-induced hairfall, I always go for natural remedies like regular oiling with bhringraj or onion oil. And yoga for stress relief. But if you're seeing a lot of hair coming out, or bald patches, then please consult a skin specialist, don't delay.
