How to stop hair loss from ozempic overnight?

I've just started Ozempic, and I'm worried about the hair loss some people experience. Is there anything I can do immediately, or even overnight, to prevent or stop hair loss from Ozempic?

Honestly, overnight stop karna bahut mushkil hai, especially with medication side effects. My doctor explained that sometimes weight loss itself, even rapid weight loss, can trigger telogen effluvium (a type of hair loss), and Ozempic can sometimes contribute. She suggested ensuring I'm getting enough protein and iron, and sometimes a biotin supplement can help, but it takes time. Best to consult your prescribing doctor about this.

Oh, this sounds very worrying. I hope you find a solution soon. Hair loss can be really tough to deal with.

Honestly, for something like medication-induced hair loss, especially from a drug like Ozempic, it's really important to talk to your doctor. They might suggest dietary changes, supplements, or even adjusting your dosage if appropriate. Self-treating overnight won't be effective and might even cause other issues. Best to get professional medical advice.

Tbh, stopping any side effect 'overnight' is not realistic, especially with a strong medicine like Ozempic for diabetes management. When I started my diabetes meds, I had some digestive issues initially. My doctor adjusted the dose gradually. For hair loss, maybe check if your diet is balanced enough. Sometimes nutrient deficiencies can make it worse. Please talk to your endocrinologist or prescribing doctor; they know your full medical history.
