How to stop hair loss during period?

Every month, around my period, I notice a lot more hair fall than usual. It's like my hair just decides to shed. Is this normal, and how can I stop hair loss during my periods?

Hair loss during periods is often linked to hormonal fluctuations and sometimes even iron deficiency due to blood loss. Make sure your diet is rich in iron and protein, and consider a multivitamin if needed, after consulting a doc.

Ugh, the period hair fall is so real and it makes me so anxious every month! I totally get how worrying it can be to see extra strands. It feels like one more thing to deal with during that time.

Hey, don't worry too much about it. Slight hair fall during periods is quite common because of hormone changes. Just make sure you're eating well, sleeping enough, and reducing stress. If it's excessive, then check with a doctor.

With PCOS, my periods are already a mess, and hair fall becomes more pronounced. If your periods are irregular or heavy, it's good to get it checked, not just for hair but overall health. Don't assume it's just normal.

Dude, same! My hair just decides to shed like crazy when my periods are about to hit. I just try to chill out and not stress about it too much, and eat some extra iron stuff. It eventually stops.

I used to experience noticeable hair fall then. What helped me was making sure I ate iron-rich foods like spinach and dates, and also using a mild hair oil massage. It didn't stop completely but reduced a lot.
