How to stop hair loss due to eczema?

My scalp eczema has been flaring up a lot recently, and with it, my hair fall has increased dramatically in those areas. It's getting really thin. Is there a way to tackle the hair loss that happens because of eczema?

Eczema-related hair loss needs to be handled by a specialist. My doctor at Lilavati said it's crucial to control the eczema first, otherwise hair treatments won't work. Please ask your dermatologist for a specific treatment plan.

I've dealt with this for years. The key is to keep your scalp calm. I use a very mild, fragrance-free shampoo and my dermatologist prescribed a topical steroid solution for flare-ups. Don't scratch, it makes it worse!

For eczema, diet plays a huge role, not just for skin but overall inflammation. Try to cut out processed foods and focus on whole, anti-inflammatory foods. Hydration is also key. Less inflammation might mean less hair fall.

Please be careful with eczema and hair loss. I tried some things myself and actually irritated my scalp more, which made the hair loss worse. It's really best to get a doctor's advice on this specific combination.

Beta, eczema se baal girte hain, haan. Pehle toh khujli mat karna. Nariyal tel mein thoda neem ka tel daal ke lagate the hum log. Par doctor ko dikhana zaroori hai, ye sab bas sahara hai.

Eczema, hair loss... and then my back starts hurting. It's like my body is collecting all the problems! 😂 But seriously, for eczema, get professional help. Self-treating can make things itchy and messy.
