How to stop hair loss at back of head female?

I've started noticing a bald patch at the back of my head, which is quite visible when I tie my hair. It's making me really self-conscious. How can I stop this specific kind of hair loss?

Oh no, back of the head hair loss is tricky! 😔 Maybe check if your hairstyle is putting too much tension there? Tight ponytails are a big no-no! Try loose braids! ✨

Don't panic, behna. Hair loss can happen for so many reasons, especially at the back, it might be due to friction or even how you sleep. Just be gentle with your hair and get a doctor to rule out any deficiencies.

Interesting, I didn't know hair loss could be specific to the back of the head. Is that usually related to something external, or could it be an internal issue too? Just trying to understand.

I had this issue and it turned out to be a mix of things. First, changed my pillowcase to silk. Second, got my ferritin levels checked, they were low. Iron supplements and a good diet helped a lot. Also, tried to use softer hair ties.

My daughter had something similar. We realized her tight hairbands were causing traction alopecia. We switched to silk pillowcases and looser styles. Also, a good multivitamin from the doctor helped.

Bahenji, aise jagah se baal girna matlab thoda alag baat hai. Ghar pe ghee ka malish karte the hum log. Par doctor ko ek baar dikha do na, kya pata kaisa kamzori hai.
