How to stop hair loss after surgery?

I had a major surgery a few months back, and since then, I've noticed a significant amount of hair loss. Is this normal after an operation? What can I do to stop hair loss after surgery?

Badi surgery ke baad sharir kamzor ho jata hai beta. Accha doodh, phal aur ghar ka khana khao, taqat aayegi toh baal bhi jhadna band ho jayenge.

I was reading about this online and apparently, any major surgery puts our body under physical stress, pushing hair into the shedding phase. It seems to be a temporary thing.

The physiological stress from surgery depletes your body's reserves. Make sure you are hitting your daily protein targets with soft, easily digestible foods as you heal.

Your focus right now should only be on resting and healing post-surgery. Hair fall is a very common reaction to stress and will resolve once your body recovers its strength.

My sleep schedule is totally ruined post-op and now my hair has decided to make an exit too! Just trying to rest and take it one day at a time.

My dad had surgery last year and had the same issue. The doctor told him it's just the body's reaction to stress and it got normal after a few months.

With my hormonal struggles, I know how easily stress triggers hair fall. Just be gentle with yourself after surgery and don't rush into heavy hair care products.

I totally get it, recovering from surgery is hard enough without worrying about hair loss. Please don't stress, your body just needs some time to heal completely.
