Hair fall after washing is often exaggerated because you're seeing shed hairs that were already loose. Use a mild shampoo, don't rub your scalp aggressively, and detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb when your hair is semi-dry. Over-brushing wet hair causes breakage.

Hey, it's normal to see some hair fall after washing, as those are usually strands that have completed their life cycle. Don't fret too much. Make sure your shampoo isn't too harsh, and use a good conditioner. Always be gentle when towel-drying your hair, pat it dry instead of rubbing.

Dekho, after wash thoda hair fall toh hota hi hai, normal hai.

After a workout, a good hair wash is essential but don't overdo it. Hair health starts from within. Make sure your diet is rich in protein and essential fats. Also, iron and B vitamins are crucial. Regular exercise improves blood circulation, which is good for your scalp too.

Girl, same! I used to freak out seeing all the hair in the drain after a wash. Don't stress too much though, it's often just shedding. Try using a satin pillowcase, it reduces friction. And maybe a hair mask once a week? But if it's too much, just get it checked with a doctor, okay?
