How to stop eating carbs for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight for my wedding next year, and everyone says cutting carbs is the fastest way. But I love my rotis and rice! How can I actually stop eating carbs without feeling completely miserable?

Completely cutting carbs for weight loss is tough and not always sustainable. Instead, focus on reducing refined carbs and increasing complex carbs with lots of fiber. Pair it with daily activity, even just brisk walking for 30-45 mins. It's about balanced eating and moving your body, not deprivation.

Stopping carbs completely is very difficult and frankly, not needed for most people to lose weight. Focus on portion control and choose healthier carbs like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables over processed ones. Incorporate more protein and healthy fats. It's a more sustainable approach than a complete ban.

Before you drastically change your diet, especially something like cutting out an entire food group, please consult a nutritionist or your doctor. It's really important to make sure it's safe and suitable for your body. Sudden changes can have side effects.

Beti, carbs are in everything we eat, it's hard to stop completely! But you can reduce the white rice and rotis. Eat more dal, sabzi, and salad. It fills your पेट and is good for health too. Slowly slowly, you will see a difference.

The body needs balance, just like the mind. Extreme restrictions can lead to imbalance. Instead of 'stopping,' cultivate mindful eating. Understand what your body truly needs, nourish it with whole foods, and approach weight loss with a positive and disciplined spirit, not one of denial. A moderate approach is always best.

Rather than eliminating, focus on conscious choices. Refined carbs create energy spikes; complex carbs give sustained energy. Practicing mindful eating, chewing slowly, and being present during meals can help you feel fuller with less. It's about nurturing the body, not punishing it.
