Teeth clenching in sleep can really wear down your teeth, leading to expensive dental work later. A custom night guard from a dentist is often recommended, but it can be a bit pricey. You might want to compare options and see if your insurance covers it. Also, stress reduction can help, which costs nothing!

I used to clench my teeth a lot when I was super stressed during exam time! It really gave me headaches. I found that doing some gentle jaw exercises and trying to meditate for a few minutes before bed really helped me relax. You could try that too!

Arre, daant peesna neend mein, yeh toh bohot common hai na? Mostly stress ki wajah se hota hai. Dentist ke paas jaao, woh night guard denge. Aur haan, thoda din mein relax karne ki koshish karo, yoga ya meditation, ho na?

I totally get it, waking up with a sore jaw or headache from clenching your teeth is no fun. It's often a sign of stress or anxiety. Many people use a night guard from their dentist, and also try relaxation techniques before sleeping. It can make a big difference.

When I realized I was clenching my teeth at night, I talked to my dentist. They suggested a custom-fitted night guard, which really helped protect my teeth and reduce jaw pain. I also started being more mindful of my stress levels during the day. It's best to consult a dental professional for solutions.

Clenching teeth in sleep is often due to stress. Try to find ways to relax before bed. A warm bath or gentle music can help. A dentist can also give you a guard.
