How to stop bleeding during pregnancy?

I'm in my first trimester, and this morning I saw some light spotting. My mother-in-law said it can be normal, but I'm really worried. Is there anything specific I should do or avoid to make sure everything is okay and stop any further bleeding?

If there is bleeding in pregnancy, the only practical solution is to go to the doctor immediately. Don't try home remedies or wait. Get proper medical advice from a gynecologist. That's the best and safest way to ensure the health of both mother and baby.

If you're experiencing bleeding during pregnancy, you need to seek immediate medical attention. This is not a situation for self-treatment or asking for advice online. Contact your obstetrician or go to the nearest emergency room without delay.
