Please, please consult your gynecologist before starting any new exercise. I just assumed walking was fine and overdid it a bit, had some discomfort. Every pregnancy is different, so what's safe for one might not be for another. Safety first!
Staying active is good, but modify everything. Low-impact stuff like swimming or prenatal yoga are great. And diet is a huge part. Focus on nutrient-dense foods, not just 'eating for two'. Small, frequent meals often help with energy levels.

It's so tough, na? The body changes so much, and sometimes you just feel exhausted. Don't be too hard on yourself. Even short walks are good. And remember, you're growing a human, that's a huge workout in itself! Take it easy.
