How to slow hair loss?

My hairline seems to be receding, and I'm finding a lot of hair strands everywhere. It's becoming a concern for me. What can I do to slow hair loss and promote thicker hair?

I completely agree with focusing on your diet. Taking daily biotin or checking your iron levels can make a very big difference in reducing hair fall.

I have seen many people panic and buy expensive oils, which usually don't work. First, get a basic blood test to check your thyroid and vitamin D levels. Most hair loss is internal, so treating the root cause with a doctor's help is key.

Don't overlook the role of protein in your diet when trying to fix hair fall. Hair is made of protein, so make sure you are getting enough paneer, eggs, or lentils. Also, regular workouts help improve blood circulation to the scalp.

With long office hours, I don't have time for complicated home remedies or hair masks. I simply switched to a mild, sulfate-free shampoo and made sure to dry my hair gently. Keep it simple and consult a dermatologist if it's severe.

The hard water in Mumbai was completely ruining my hair, yaar. Actually, using a shower filter and diluting my shampoo with drinking water saved my hair from falling so much. You should definitely try it.

I realized my hair fall started when I was constantly ordering spicy junk food online. Swapping those late-night burgers with handful of almonds, walnuts, and seasonal fruits really helped my hair health. Good food actually makes a difference!
