How to sleep with knee pain?

My knee pain, especially in my right knee, is quite bad these days. It hurts when I lie down in most positions, and I can't get proper sleep. Any suggestions on how to sleep comfortably with knee pain?

Hey, don't stress too much about it, okay? Just put a nice soft pillow under your knees if you sleep on your back, or between your knees if you are a side sleeper. It instantly takes the pressure off the joints and you'll sleep like a baby!

My sleep tracker showed a massive drop in deep sleep when my knee was hurting. I started using a memory foam wedge pillow under my legs to keep them elevated, and my recovery scores have improved so much. Definitely try keeping the joint slightly elevated.

Haan, knee pain can be really annoying at night na. What I do is apply a little balm, wrap a light crepe bandage loosely, and sleep. It keeps the knee warm and stable, and you won't wake up with that stiff feeling in the morning.

I ignored a dull knee ache for months and ended up with severe ligament damage that ruined my sleep for a year. Please don't just adjust your pillows to hide the pain. Go get an X-ray or doctor's checkup done before it gets worse.

Since managing my PCOS, I get joint aches quite often. I find that sleeping on my side with a thick pillow between my legs helps keep my hips and knees aligned. I'm not a doctor, but this simple change has really helped ease my night discomfort.
