How to sleep early?

I'm trying to improve my sleep hygiene, and a big part of that is going to bed at a reasonable hour. But I just can't seem to wind down and sleep early. Any practical tips or routines that could help?

Hey yaar, trying to sleep early can be a struggle sometimes! What I do is try to stick to a consistent bedtime, even on weekends. And no screens in bed! Seriously, put your phone away. Don't stress too much, just make small changes and see what works.

As someone managing high BP, I know good sleep is crucial. For sleeping early, I make sure to finish my dinner by 7 PM, and take a short walk afterward. Avoiding late-night stress and checking my BP regularly also helps me feel calm enough to sleep better. If you have BP issues, please make sure you're following your doctor's advice.

Beta, jaldi sona hai toh din mein thoda kaam karo, sharir thak jaata hai toh neend jaldi aati hai. Aur raat ko jyada TV mat dekho, ya mobile mat chalao. Thanda pani se pair dho lo, mann shant hota hai, phir neend achhi aati hai.

To sleep early, a warm bath or shower before bed can relax your body. Also, a glass of warm milk with a pinch of turmeric helps some people. Try to keep your bedroom dark and quiet. However, if you consistently struggle despite trying these tips, it's best to consult a doctor to rule out any underlying issues.

I can only share what helped me. I started dimming the lights in my house an hour before I wanted to sleep, and I stopped watching TV in bed. Just reading a physical book helped my mind switch off. It took a while, but now I usually fall asleep faster.

Haan bhai, jaldi sona toh sab chahte hain! Na, but seriously, the main thing is routine. Try to wake up at the same time every day, even weekends, and slowly your body will adjust to sleeping earlier. Aur phone ko toh dur rakhna padega, tabhi kaam banega.

For consistent early sleep, maintaining proper sleep hygiene is important. This means a cool, dark, quiet room and avoiding stimulants. If you're really struggling, don't just follow general advice. Talk to your doctor, ideally one affiliated with a good hospital, and ask them specifically about personalized strategies for improving your sleep schedule. They can give tailored guidance.
