How to sleep better when pregnant?

Being pregnant is wonderful, but the constant tossing and turning at night are making me exhausted. My body aches, and I can't find a good position. Any advice on how to sleep better when pregnant?

Oh, I totally get it, sleeping while pregnant is a whole new level of challenge! The constant need to pee, the growing belly, back aches... A full body pillow was a game changer for me. It gave support everywhere and reduced the tossing and turning. Hang in there!

Better sleep when pregnant? Is that a trick question? 😂 My strategy was to just embrace the cat naps wherever I could get them! But seriously, a good maternity pillow and a very strict 'no screens 1 hour before bed' rule helped a tiny bit.

Yaar, sleeping pregnant is actually tough. My gynae told me to sleep on the left side, it's better for blood flow. And keep a pillow between your knees for hip comfort. Small changes, but they help a lot, haan.

My doctor emphasized the importance of a side-sleeping position, specifically the left, to optimize blood flow to the placenta and kidneys. Also, maintaining consistent bedtime routines, avoiding caffeine, and using supportive pillows (like a pregnancy pillow) were key recommendations for better sleep quality.

It's tough, but you'll find what works! 😊 Try sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees and under your belly for support. And make sure your room is super dark and cool! You got this! ✨

My mother used to say to sleep on your left side always for the baby's health. I always followed my doctor's advice too, and she suggested a pillow between knees and under the belly for comfort. Also, try to keep your mind calm, maybe some light music before sleep.

Hah! Sleep when pregnant, that's a luxury! I remember feeling like a beached whale. But honestly, a good U-shaped maternity pillow was my only friend after the first trimester. And don't drink too much water right before bed, unless you enjoy bathroom trips every hour!
