How to sleep better at night?

My work schedule is a bit erratic, and I find it really hard to get a consistent good night's sleep. I'm always tired. What are some effective ways to sleep better at night, even with a changing routine?

Yaar, honestly, the biggest game changer for me was stopping my phone one hour before sleeping. No scrolling, no Netflix. Just read a physical book or listen to some light music. Actually, it really helps to calm the mind. Try it!

Better sleep? What's that? 😂 I wish I knew! But seriously, sometimes I just tire myself out during the day with chores and running around, and then I crash. Not ideal, but effective! Also, a cool room helps.

I can only speak from my own experience, but I found that having a consistent bedtime routine, even on weekends, made a huge difference. And avoiding heavy meals late at night. No expert advice here, just what worked for me.

It's really tough when sleep becomes a struggle, I know that feeling of anxiety when it's bedtime and you're worried you won't sleep. Just know that you're not alone in this. Focus on relaxing your mind first, maybe some deep breaths. The sleep will follow.

Hey, don't stress too much about it, that just makes it worse! Just try to chill before bed, maybe listen to some soft music or do some light stretching. Your body will eventually get into a rhythm. Take care!

Ooh, to sleep better? I usually avoid my evening chai or coffee too late. And no spicy biryani right before bed, it just keeps you up! Maybe a light fruit or some warm milk if you're hungry. Happy tummy, happy sleep, right?

In my time, we didn't have so many gadgets keeping us awake. Simple living, simple food, and a good day's work. Try to disconnect from the world for a bit before you sleep. It helps the mind settle down. You'll find your peace, just be patient.
