How to sleep after hair transplant?

I got a hair transplant done two days ago, and the clinic told me to be very careful not to touch my scalp while sleeping. It's really hard to sleep without accidentally rubbing my head. What's the best way to sleep to protect the grafts?

Oh, after a hair transplant, you definitely want to protect those new grafts! Sleeping comfortably is key. Maybe a light, relaxing dinner can help you drift off easier. No spicy biryani or heavy stuff right before bed, you want a calm sleep, not indigestion! Also, warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg sometimes helps.

It's completely normal to feel stressed about sleeping after a hair transplant. I remember worrying constantly about damaging the grafts. The discomfort and the fear of messing it up can really make sleep difficult. Just be patient with yourself, follow your doctor's instructions about elevation and position, and know that this phase will pass.

Hello! After a hair transplant, protecting the grafts is the top priority for several days. Most doctors recommend sleeping on your back with your head slightly elevated, often with a neck pillow or multiple pillows, to prevent swelling and accidental rubbing. Avoid sleeping on your stomach or sides. It might feel a bit awkward but it's crucial for good results.

I had a hair transplant myself a while back. For me, sleeping on my back with a travel neck pillow was the only way to keep my head from moving and protect the grafts. It was uncomfortable for the first few nights, but it's super important. Avoid anything that puts pressure on the transplanted area. Good luck with your results!

Oh, this is definitely something I'd overthink! Protecting those new hair grafts is so important. I've heard it's crucial to sleep on your back with your head elevated, maybe using a wedge pillow or a comfy neck pillow. The thought of accidentally rubbing the scalp is enough to keep me awake! But you'll manage, just be super careful.

As a working professional, I prioritize efficiency, and that includes recovery. After a hair transplant, you absolutely must sleep on your back with your head elevated for at least a week to prevent swelling and protect the grafts. Invest in a good recliner or use a stack of firm pillows. It's non-negotiable for optimal results and quick healing.
